What is Misugaru?

Misugaru is a traditional Korean grain powder that can be traced back to the 14^th century during the Joseon Dynasty in Korea. Common ingredients found in misugaru are barley, brown rice, black rice, alda beans, black beans, corn, white bean, millet, and sesame seeds. Misugaru powder is commonly mixed with water or preferably milk with honey to sweeten. The flavor is rich and nutty, similar to a nut milk.
